I wanted to tell you that I found the entire conversation with you in connection with the AXE FX III MK 2 not only very pleasant and refreshing, but also personal and binding. It's impressive that you take the time to get to know your customers’ backgrounds. I hope you also had some fun in the process. The absolute highlight, however, was that when I unpacked the device I thought, hey, you’ve even included the USB cable (which is not the case with all dealers / products) and oh, what's that big fat red instruction manual in the box? ;-)
I've been making music for 40 years and I've certainly invested one or two large sums in equipment, but I've never received this "service". Crazy! MERCI!
