First of all I must say thanks you so much, it is very rare that any company provides such a level of customer service!! You could have just said it was not repairable and sent it back.

I suppose every now and again something strange goes wrong with electrical goods, but it does slung odd.

If I ever decide to buy another Axe in the future I think it will certainly be from you and not unseen over the net!!!
