How nice it is to receive an email directly from the owner and thank you also for your personalised letter. Just wanted to give a quick update as your customer service is so great. FM3 arrived yesterday. I am honestly speechless. I am never stepping back to other gear and will now start selling my floor effects collection. The Fractal sound is T-H-E sound.
