Yesterday my FM3 arrived safely packed. On top of all the joy that I finally had the device in my hands, I would also like to say how pleased I was with the whole process.
As the sales manager of a large agency, I can judge that kind of thing very well. Beginning with the personally addressed e-mails and the positive statements about the FM3, from the word go it all feels very special. Furthermore, everything was delivered as promised and you can really rely on everything working out, while always being aware of all the order steps. Cool.
Then yesterday the package arrived with a very nice covering letter, with chocolate and a G66 T-shirt. I was thrilled about that too. You also included the latest software. Hats off to you.
All in all, it’s been a great shopping experience at G66. I was so impressed that I also spoke to our marketing department and our managing director here at Greven Medien GmbH about this positive experience and would like us to take a leaf out of your customer service book.
